Employee of the Quarter
Elizabeth Magnett is our most recent employee of the quarter. Elizabeth has been with the hotel for over seven years and was nominated by the management team. Mike Gendrin, Assistant General Manager stated that "she is very trustworthy and dependable." Gendrin went on to say that "Elizabeth is an excellent housekeeper which is evident by the cleanliness of her guest rooms and the quality of her work."

Employees on the Move!
The Comfort Inn Dartmouth is proud to announce that Pat Rosa has been promoted to Housekeeping Manager. Pat has been with the hotel for over five years and brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Pat is a native of the Southcoast region and has previously worked as Guest Service Representative and Front Office Manager. As Housekeeping Manager Pat oversees 84 rooms and 15 staff. Her team is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel in the guest room and public areas.

The Comfort Inn has been a proud community partner and leader for the past 20 years. We have been a sponsor of the New Bedford Half Marathon for the last few years and interestingly 3 of the last 5 winners of the race have slept at the Comfort Inn the night before the race!

We have also been involved in the arts and for the 2005/2006 performance season the Comfort Inn Dartmouth has been the sponsor of the Comedy Series at the Zeiterion Theatre. Our sponsorship has helped to bring in quality comedic acts to the region such as Lily Tomlin, the Gogmagogs, and Julia Migenes, "Diva on the Verge."
